Jinya Ramen Bar - Southpark

I loved this place! I went with my little sister, and she loved it too. She got the strawberry Ramune and the kids’ meal — the portion sizes for the kids’ menu are very generous. I ordered the lunch special chicken ramen and the pork gyoza. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was overall very welcoming. I really enjoyed my ramen along with some hot green tea. I was a little surprised when the waitress brought a packet of tea and a cup of hot water, but it was still nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try some other dishes!

Ordered the spicy chicken ramen and subbed the chicken for additional veggies. Highly recommend asking for the ramen seasoning and chili oil on the side for more flavor and spice. The marinated egg was also delish. Our server was also amazing but I didn’t catch his name.

In town for business, I walked over to Jinya Ramen Bar, a place I have seen numerous times, but usually have client dinners at Del Frisco‘s. Tonight I was by myself and at 6 o’clock, it was still relatively quiet as I understand it starts getting busy around 7. This made it nice as I did not feel rushed to get in and get out, and I tried the crispy rice with spicy tuna, which was so crunchy with their homemade Gyoza sauce that beats anything you will get out of a jar. After only now realizing how good this sauce can be, I am going to learn how to make it. The seaweed salad was very honest & straightforward with a I think a light sesame oil. This oceanic greenery made me feel less guilty about the deep fried tempura brussel sprouts that were nice and crunchy even after being thoroughly doused in some more of that magic Gyoza. My friendly server Vic highly suggested the Birria (beef) Ramen which was a fun twist considering I almost had Mexican tonight. I added extra sweet corn that stayed crunchy throughout the bowl with a healthy dose of cilantro and extra lime to liven it up even more. I do feel the small amount of protein was definitely on the skimpier side— Ms./Mr. Jinya could have been a lot more generous. Closed everything off with a Matcha tiramisu which I fear will now keep me up all night. It was everything you expect from espresso, but green. A really nice place with great lighting, some good music, and overall energetic positive vibe. Definitely will swing by again. Oh! And as you leave, the staff yell “Arigato!” (ありがとう). How cool is that?

Overall good place, delicious food and fast service. I don’t know much about ramen and Asian food to begin with but i was more than satisfied with everything we had. Edamame is easy to make and season- so it was good, i don’t think some specific skill is needed for that hit our ramen bowls were super tasty. They are happy to accommodate any restrictions and mix and matxh ingredients when needed, which in this case it was. Genuinely a good vibe and relaxed place, not too loud not too quiet. We would come back. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I’ll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

This was our first time at Jinya and we will definitely be back. My sister and I both had the Birria Ramen and it was so good a flavorful. We also got the J Girl (w/o mint) and E. TOMO drinks and both were delicious. Our servers Kharyyah and Phoenix were great. Very attentive and they also gave really good recommendations. You should definitely check this spot out if you love ramen.

I really love this place, it's incredibly aesthetically pleasing and has a wonderful atmosphere. The décor creates a relaxing vibe! The service was great as well. I visited during the daytime when it wasn’t very busy. I can imagine it gets much more crowded on the weekends. The food was excellent, Overall, a solid 10/10. I’ll definitely be back!
